The Macquarie Photography Prize (MPP) is a global photography competition that has sections for pure photographs and a section for enhanced/altered photographs.
2012 MPP categories will be 'FUNNY FACES', 'STORMS', 'ARCHITECTURE' and 'ARTHOUSE'.
Prizemoney is $10,000AUD.

The finest in short films.......
The inaugural MY VIDEO AWARD will commence in January 2013.
This award for short films is a global competition.
Films can be either live action captured as it unfolds, animated, CGI or scripted & staged stories - I don't mind. Anything goes. Just WOW me!!! Films can be as short as a few seconds or run to a maximum of 5 minutes.

The very best in Realism.......
Exhibiting, promoting and selling Australian and New Zealand art, The Mortimore Ar Prize which commenced in 2006, is for traditional and contemporary Realism. With sections for Landscape, Waterscape, Still Life, Figurative, Smalls, Drawing and Surrealism, the Mortimore Prize covers all the Realism genres.
The Mortimore Prize is open to any resident of Australia and New Zealand. Prize money for 2011 will be $42,000.
Exhibition tour venues for 2011 will be Dubbo, Sydney at The Scots College, Byron Bay, NSW Central Coast, Canberra, Mudgee, Orange, Bendigo and Melbourne.

Art of the noble Thoroughbred........
The Inglis Equine Art Prize is for art depicting thoroughbred racehorses.
Coordinated by Mike Coward from Australian Art Sales in partnership with William Inglis & Son, Australia's premier thoroughbred racehorse auctioneers, this prestigious international competition is open to any artist from any country.

The 30 Realists are a group of multi award winning painters, illustrators and sculptors who exhibit regularly in combined shows at venues around Australia.
Included are 5 Mortimore Prize winners - Ross Harvey, Peter Smeeth, Neil Taylor, Di King and Barry McCann, dual Archibald People's Choice winner Evert Ploeg, 2010 Archibald Packers Prize winner Nafisa Naomi, dual Camberwell winner Kasey Sealy and many other accomplished artists and emerging stars.
